This Shipping Policy outlines how BoroPure processes and ships orders placed through the BoroPure website.
1. Order Processing
All BoroPure orders are processed and shipped from Florida, United States.
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through the website checkout system.
After an order is placed, products are prepared, packaged, and processed for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and whether the product includes custom laser engraving.
Standard orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Payment Processing
Payments made through the BoroPure website are processed through secure third-party payment providers. BoroPure does not store or have access to full payment card details.
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed through the website checkout system and a confirmation code is issued. The customer should secure this to ensure refunds can be successfully verified in accordance with our order verification system.
3. Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using standard shipping carriers operating within the United States.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout when available.
When available, tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been shipped.

While inventory is maintained domestically, restocking may occasionally depend on international shipments. In such cases, order fulfillment may require additional processing time.
If significant delays occur due to inventory or supply issues, BoroPure may notify customers when possible.
6. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
BoroPure is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, customers should first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
BoroPure may assist in resolving shipping issues when possible but is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
8. Production and Engraving Time
Orders that include custom laser engraving require additional production time prior to shipment.
Custom engraved bottles are typically completed within 4–7 business days after the order has been successfully submitted through the website. This production period allows for review of uploaded artwork, preparation of engraving files, engraving of the bottle, and inspection prior to packaging. Production time refers only to the preparation and engraving process and does not include shipping or transit time. Actual completion time may vary depending on factors such as order volume, engraving complexity, or equipment availability.
While BoroPure aims to complete engraved orders within this estimated timeframe, production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed completion dates.
By submitting an order for a customized product, customers acknowledge that the uploaded design and order specifications provided at checkout are final and will be used for the engraving process.

BoroPure reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
