BoroPure Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from the BoroPure website may be returned or refunded. By placing an order with BoroPure, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
BoroPure accepts returns for non-custom products within 15 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions described below.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be:

free from cracks, chips, or structural damage

free from excessive scratches or signs of misuse

Reasonably clean and empty of liquids.

returned with all original components (including the lid), disregarding original packaging.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return.
All laser-engraved bottles are considered customized products and are final sale once production begins.
Because engraved bottles are personalized to the customer’s specifications, BoroPure does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for engraved items except in cases of confirmed manufacturing error or shipping damage.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs.
To help prevent damage during transit, customers should package returned items securely and may wish to use a trackable shipping service.
BoroPure is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
4. Inspection of Returned Products
Once a returned product is received, BoroPure will inspect the item to determine whether it meets the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.
If the returned item is found to be:

damaged

chipped or cracked
-
excessively used
-
improperly packaged resulting in damage during return transit
the return may be rejected and the refund request denied.
5. Refund Processing
If a return is approved following inspection, BoroPure will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout through Shopify.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but are typically completed within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.
Refunds generally include the purchase price of the returned product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should report the issue promptly.
To assist with resolution, customers may be asked to provide:

BoroPure will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Abuse of Return Policy
BoroPure reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases where the return policy is being misused, including repeated return attempts involving damaged or altered products.

BoroPure reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
