How does custom engraving work?
Select "Custom Engraving" on the product page, upload your design (PDF, PNG, or JPG), and we'll laser engrave your bottle before shipping. Quality guaranteed.
What file types do you accept?
We accept PDF, PNG, and JPG files. High-contrast designs that are not too cluttered produce the best engraving results.
What is the maximum engraving size?
Engravings can be up to 4 inches by 4 inches.
How long does production take?
Engraving begins as soon as client provided logo / picture is verified, and usually takes 1 - 3 business days. Products are shipped immediately after production is done.
Are engraved bottles returnable?
Engraved bottles are custom-made and sales are final unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Is the bottle durable?
Yes. Our bottles are made from high-quality borosilicate glass, which is stronger and more resistant to temperature changes than standard glass.
